Our goal is not to kill you with training but with the right training mixed with nutrition will get you to your goal and in rapid pace. You will obtain your ideal body as well as get educated and motivated to maintain your perfect figure.

Brian’s Bio

I have been in the fitness and health industry since 2006 starting off as a personal trainer moved into management of a facility. Eventually after missing the interaction between trainer and clients I went back into working in fitness training. I love working one on one with my clients and helping the succeed in their goals becoming a healthier person. I specialize in intense circuit training and cardio kickboxing classes, which can range from one on one to group classes to boot camps. I took an interest in MMA and self-defense in 2012, which I currently still train in. Please see Training list below:

(Group Training – group training is centered around advanced coaching which keeps you heart rate pumping with circuit style workouts which follow a time interval format. using alternative styles and methods of training for a fun experience. This class is good for beginners and the advanced. ) $15 per person 45min-1hr class.
